**If you are ordering items that fall into both groups, the items will ship once all are completed. You can place 2 separate orders to receive Group 1 items sooner.
Shipping Group 2:
Please allow for 5-10 business days for processing. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Some of the items that fall under this group are ordered from a distributor and then created by Offbeat once the purchase has been made. Your order will then be shipped via USPS or UPS. RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY:
Products may not be returned unless the product was damaged before delivery to customer or product is not what was originally ordered. Email [email protected] to start your return. When a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from us is received, we will either repair the relevant defect or replace the product. If we are unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, the customer will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the product. Offbeat will pay for shipment of repaired or replaced products to customer and customer will be responsible for return shipment of the product to Offbeat.

Providing the correct mailing address is the sole responsibility of the Buyer.
Refunds will NOT be offered due to Buyer error; including, but not limited to, orders submitted with incorrect shipping addresses.
Typically, items shipped to an incorrect address will be returned to Offbeat.
It is the responsibility of the Buyer to contact Offbeat and update us with the correct address if they would like the item(s) re-shipped.
The Buyer is responsible for any and all additional fees required to resend lost or returned item(s) due to Buyer error.
